Q: Depression: Everything Is Coming Down Aroound Me

I'm not working, I graduated from a class to take x-rays at a clinic,but no one is hiring. This place sucks for jobs and I can't move: Broke
Creditors are always calling,I'm tried of everything and everybody. I would just like to go someplace that I can be alone and not be bothered.I have been diagnosed with anxiety also. Right know my life sucks. I would like some help to figure away to go to sleep because I don't sleep, well maybe an hour or so.I have wished that I could go to sleep and never wake up. any ideas?

RELAX

sit down

get your favorite drink and turn on the Tv
find something good to watch and STAY THERE
dont get up for the pphone

infact unplug thephone
just fopr the next 24 hours

go take a warm bath
eat some ice cream and lay in bed. take a few tylonol pm's and close your eyes

maybe some of your fav music?

dont open your eyes

keep them shut

and breathe...deeply

Okay, so no one is hiring in the field that you graduted from...take on another job until you find one that becomes availabel. At least you twill have income coming in. As for the creditors, calll each on and negoiage a certain price you can pay unitl you can get on your feet. This way you are not hurting your credit history and showing them you are making an attempt to pay. Even if its only $1 per month.
