Hello,

i don't know what is wrong with me, but ever since I can remember, I have had this problem--images of my most embarrassing social encounters keep flooding my mind whenever I am not actively thinking about something else. Lately, I have had a harder time than usual "talking" myself into thinking rationally. As a result, I have trouble falling asleep and focusing on my school work. Can you recommend any books or articles that have explored this problem of uncontrollable thinking and suggested a way to deal with it? I would really appreciate it.
