Well, there are a couple factors-

you will naturally ejaculate less when you have ejaculated recently and haven't had enough time in between to build it back up.

Also, a stronger orgasm will lead to a stronger ejaculation. So find out ways that you can experience a stronger orgasm and work on that.

I wouldn't suggest any supplements unless you actually have a problem, and it sounds like you are just looking for enhancement.
