Q: Lump On Right Ball

I have a slight lump on my right ball which does hurt if squeezed, ive searched numerous sites about this but nothing worth telling you about.

Maybe its the tube which supplies the sperm?

anyone else got this and bare in mind it does hurt if squeezed.
