My wife wants to have a baby and I have
never gotten a girl pregnant before even
without birth control. I got the results
for my sperm test today and this is what
it showed:
Normal guy's load quantity : 2-4 ml
My load quantity : 1ml
Normal guy's sperm count: 50,000,000
My sperm count : 4,300,000
What do I do next?

Have more sex! Your numbers are low but
they don't seem terribly low. It is still
possible for you to conceive. It takes a
normal fertile couple up to a year to
conceive. If you haven't conceived after a
year, you can start talking to doctors
about fertility treatments.
