It's normal in the first few months of taking a pill to have irregular bleeding.
It's also normal to have irregular bleeding the first time you try to skip your period.

Given this, it's not surprising that you are having the bleeding now. You will just have to keep taking your pills and wait it out. Your period will regulate soon.

Bleeding on the pill
I have been on the pill for 6months. I have my period for 3 weeks every month. Week 1 no period, week 2 spotting, week 3 heavy spotting, and week 4 period as always. What does this mean.

Bleeding on the pill
I have a very similar problem. I have been on the pill for 2 years though. I've skipped it before and I didn't bleed then when I did. I got very hormonal, so I don't recommend skipping unless your going on a holiday or something. I skipped it a second time because i was going to be getting my period on holiday. I had took about a weeks worth of the pill and then i had a tiny spot of blood one day that was four days ago and I haven't seen anymore blood. Still I am worried. is it something i shouldn't be something too worry about?

I have been on birth control for almost 2 years and for the past 6 months i have had non-stop bleed throughs everyday...the weird thing is that the bleeding stops when i go to bed at night. I''m very confused as to what is happening. Are my hormones raging in the day time so much so that they over power my birth control and calming down at night? I have been checked many many times for this issue and the doctors keep telling me to stay on the same birth control because those are the levels of hormones from the pill. All i want i sa little adivice possibly and maybe someone who can tell me if they''ve had similar problems....
