I think or know Ihave bad anxiety or panic and everynigtht almost i can't falll asleep becasue I already for see me getting this dizzy feeling when I close my eyes and wake up real fast dizzy and scared and run out of bed and walk around trying to relax but get real scared and all the tingling and blurred vision come in until i relax and it usually goes away after I sit there and think are is soemthign really wrong with me....once I finally fall asleep after the dizzyness I sleep good but it is making me sleep in longer cause I don't fall asleep until 3 ish,,,

I feel for you. I also have trouble sleeping, mainly due to my anxious thoughts and feelings when I go to bed. It's the worst time for me cos that's when things are quiet and your mind tends to wander. I think it's a problem for a lot of people.
