For the past week or so the muscles on my face kinda located above my cheeks and below my eyes have been hurting a lot. They feel really tight all the time and I have no idea how to get rid of this feeling... I've tried messaging my face and hot showers but every day I have the same feeling and it's not going away. any help ?

I think you may have A typical neuralgia. Look it up on the net. The best thing for this is regular back, head and face massage by an expert. Accupuncture incorporating the electrical cups on back. Find a chinese person. And lastly don't put your head down too much(do you read alot) ,and stress makes it worse, so try and take the stress out of your life.
