(this could or could not be what you are talking about).....here i go capy and paste.....
Hello, I am 19 years old and I had unprotected sex with a female about 2 weeks before christmas, she said she was clean and had no STD's. So after everything was said and done I went to bed and did not wash after, about a week and 1/2 ago I started to notice tiny pin size red dots on the head of my penis under the foreskin. thers about 20 -25 now, I read that it might be clogged pores, or from masterbating, it doesnt hurt to urinate it doesnt itch or anything. there are not red bumbs anyweres else around my genitals, no discharge. they are very tiny, please let me know what you think it is. thanks a lot

It is difficult to give an opinion without an examination.
However, if you have pinhead-sized raised spots of a flesh or faintly red colour on the glans of the penis which are asymptomatic, it is suggestive of a genital skin disorder known as lichen nitidus. Treatment is often ineffective and the patient is usually advised to ignore it after explanation. The condition usually resolves spontaneously within a few months.
You should however consult a dermatovenereologist for an opinion, because you had unprotected sex with a partner whose status is unknown. This becomes urgent and mandatory if the picture changes and you start to experience symptoms.
I hope this information is helpful.
