A UTI can affect the bladder, kidney, ureters and/or the urethra. Learn which symptoms indicate urinary tract infection, complications and when to seek help....
I just woke up and went to the bathroom and when I went to the bathroom my urine was full of blood. I have never had this before. I am in no discomfort at all.

It sounds like a urinary tract infection. You need to go to the doctor.

But usually UTI's come with a lot of discomfort! And i mean a lot...or at least mine was really bad. Do you have the urge to go to the bathroom all the time?

You are right. However, if you have had them repeatedly, you may not have any symptoms. I don't have any symptoms of them anymore and have moved on to the bleeding when I pee stage. This is quickly followed (for me) by the kidney pains.

talk to your dr. if it keeps happening get a urine test done. when i had a u.t.i i didnt go straight away to the dr. but when i did i thought to my self i should have done this sooner. as the meds relieved my pain.
