Hey! What kind of exercises are you doing? I heard yoga was really good for pregnant women, it makes the delivery much easier and it helps you lose the weight really quickly. Im not sure whats good for the booty lol. Meh..Hope you have a nice day..Maybe you should stay away from working out if it has side effects lol :d

I agree.....I put the ass in massive.....Lol. I need excercises to tone up my butt and thighs after I have josh.....Jello thighs are very unattractive and once i'm not pregnant any more I have no excuse!!! Lol......I'm such a dork. But yeah if any one could reccommend any good excercises for the slimming and toming of the thighs and booty here that would be great! Lol

I work out and I havent had any problems with swelling yet. The best thing to get swelling down is keeping your feet above your heart level.

Swimming is supposed to be the best Smile
it gives you a good light aerobic workout and at the same time it takes all the pressure off your joints (and stomach) so it shouldnt make you swell up to much.
Only hassal is finding a good indoor pool.

Good luck.
