I have burning sharp stomach pain after i eat starchy food and sometimes after i eat non starchy foods...what can it be?

Stomach ailments can be many things. Does it happen every time you eat starch? It could be an allergy.

Have you seen a doctor about this? Seeing a doctor is necessary to make a diagnosis.
