Q: Hand And Ankle Pain

I'm going to a specialist next month to find out what's wrong. Every morning I have pain in my ankles and hands. When I get up I walk like I'm 90 being only 31. One morning for about 2 min. I could not move my hand. Scared the crap out of me. After I wake up and move around it gets better. There is no excessive swelling or redness. Just wondering if this sounds familiar to anyone and if maybe changing my diet could help.
