Well i heard that you really don't start showing signs until like 2-3 weeks after conception... which would be a missed period or implanation bleeding

Well every woman's body is different. Some women never experience morning sickness at all.

When I first noticed I was 2 weeks late, I went directly to the store and got the EPT digital test. I had that gut feeling that I was. I called my partner to inform him and brought the tests over and waited on the results together. Surprise-it read out 'pregnant.'

I didn't begin morning sickness until about 8 weeks in (Which would have made it about 6 weeks after I found out)

The biggest symptom that lead me to believe I was pregnant was fatigue. I was tired all the time. Didn't matter how much sleep I got.

Some people don't spot at all either.

No problem. I'm better at answering specific questions about my pregnancy. It was so awful that I tend to leave things out when looking back at it Laughing

My only early symptom was a missed period (I had been like clockwork, every 27-28 days without fail). In fact, I swore my period was coming because I had period-like cramping around then (and throughout the first tri).

Symptoms vary person to person. I never got nausea or morning sickness or food aversions. I didn't have implantation spotting. I only got sore breasts around 9 weeks and it lasted less than a week. I had some fatigue come on at 7-15 weeks, but it wasn't crippling fatigue either; I was just more tired than normal for me.

I've read lots of stories just like mine; the cycle many women end up with no symptoms and swear their periods are coming because of cramping, they end up pregnant!

I didn't have any symptoms until I was maybe 3 months along, give or take a week or two. Every one is different - my grandma had the worst pregnancies ever. You name the symptom, she had it. My mom, on the other hand, didn't know she was pregnant with me until she was nearly 6 months along!
