Q: Joint Pain

Other than typical arthritis pain, what else could cause all joint in your body to hurt at one time? My CBC was normal, I have had an elevated ESR (34). I have been extremely tired and am unable to loose weight although I have kept my calories under 1000 a day. I am tired of being tired and hurting. I just want to know what I am looking for.
Thank you for your assistance.
Mary

Chronic fatigue syndrome?

Fibromylagia?

Have you considered these as possible diagnoses?

Whats your workout habits like ?

Do you lift very heavy objects ?
