I recently tried to pop a pimple on my face next to my nose and more on the cheek. Nothing came out of it after I tried so I left it alone besides putting on Acne cream. The next day a lump began to form under it. It progressively got bigger over the next few days. Now the pimple is gone but the lump is still there. Its been 4 or 5 days and it wont go away. Its about a half inch long and a little less than a 1/4 inch wide. Any ideas as o what it is? Should I just leave it alone and let it heal by itself?

I think it might just be swelling from me pushing on the skin trying to pop the pimple.
