Ummm...i didn't know what to write to you at first so i did some research (which you may want to do more of yourself). This is the site where i got what im going to post:
http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/ar ticle/003163.htm

Blood in the semen is called hematospermia. Some other symptoms may include....
Pain with urination
pain with ejaculation
pain with bowel movements
tenderness in the scrotum
swelling or tenderness is groin area
lower back pain
fever or chills
blood in urine (what you have stated)

This may be caused by inflammation, infection, blockage, or injury anywhere in the reproductive tract. It may indicate disease or a problem within the urethra, testicles, epididymis, or prostate.

On the other hand something better:
Blood in the semen is usually the result of inflammation of the seminal vesicles, and will USUALLY go away on its own. Often the cause cannot be determined.

If the blood does not go away and your ejaculation is persistently stained with blood, more tests should be done. The tests that they may do includes urinalysis and culture, semen analysis and culture, and ultrasound of the seminal vesicles.

Ok their is a lot of information on this site...i suggest you go to it and read the rest....they have how to take care of something like this at home and when to call your doctor, what to expect when you get to the dr's. Looks like a good site....please check it out.
