so i told y'all about the problems i'm having with laylas nursery. now they have informed me that for the next FEW WEEKS i have to come back for her after an hour and take her home so that she doesn't start crying Shocked

what! what is the point of that? i am paying them money to look after my child and they can't do it. i understand she gets upset but it's only natural. she needs to make friends and get used to it. but having me come back EVERY time she cries is making her see that all she has to do is cry and mummy comes running.

what makes it worse is that i have logan so everytime they ring me i have to stop him doing what he is doing and pack him up asap and RUN down to the nursery. this has happened EVERY day for the last two weeks bar one day.

i just feel like they are not doing there jobs properly. she is only there for 3 hours and in that time i can't do anything except sit waiting for their call. Evil or Very Mad

and i'm paying for the privalege of all this hassle Crying or Very sad

I would find someone else. They don't seem to know how to handle children. That really stinks for you Beck. I'd go in there and say "And I pay you for what?"

exactly what sh*t. My sister use to cry when my mom left her (she was 3 or 4 tho) and they managed to distract her and make it work. and the few times i dropped my kids in drop in care in IL both of them would scream bloody homicide but they were always ok when id call and check in.
