I posted this here because it's a sexual area, so I assumed this is the place to ask I noticed recently that I have these small bumps that don't hurt/itch/sting or anything like that, around the the base of my penis (maybe 8 of them). They kind of resemble like if you pop a pimple and it heals but leaves a little scar. If I apply a bit of pressure, a little clear liquid comes out, and the bump itself gets red, but that's about it. I think I noticed one a few months ago, and then more recently I noticed a few more. I am not sexually active at this time, and I've only slept with one person in the past year who I am almost positive did not have any STD's.

Should i be concerned that this is an STD, or is it just an irritation or something? I'd be more worried if I had other symptoms, or if they itched a lot or hurt, but they don't.

Any help would be appreciated.
