Q: Pain In Lower Pelvic Area

Hi I went to the doctor today, I was having some pains in the lower pelvic area. The doctor told me that it could be my Appendix or an Ovarian Cyst. She told me to get an ultrasound done, well I can't get an ultrasound done for 10 more days. She then told me that if the pain gets worse go to Emergency. After a few hours, the pain is still there, but has since moved a little towards the lower back area and it hurt when I urinated. Could this be Kidney stones instead of my appendix or a cyst? Should I just go to Emergency and try and get an ultrasound done through emergency?
