I'm not sure but a UTI (Urinary Tract Infection) aka bladder infection. I just got over one not to long ago. But that could be the reason for the blood. It's not so much itching or anything like that just always the urge to pee even though their may not be much in your bladder. And its also painful to urinate for most people. Other than that i'm not sure what to tell you. Call up your dr and see what he/she thinks you should do. Sorry i couldn't be more help! Good luck though hun!
