I had sore testicles for about a week,
the this itchy burning sensastion in my penis for about another week.

Herpes chlamydia and gonorrhea have the itchyness.

I have no lesions (very small reddish spot thats been there since May, doesnt hurt or anything, barely noticeable), a tiny tiny bump (about the size of a pin head that doesnt hurt), sore skin, and couple super tiny red dots (smaller than a pin head).

Gonorrhea can cause the sore testicles (which is common i guess).

I dont know what I have. Im waiting for test results for gonorrhea/chlamydia and im scared to ask my parents to take me to the urgent care for the 4th time this month.

ANy thoughts? please

Im just scared to death and I apologize for so many posts. Im in tears right now typing this fearing my life is never going to be the same.

Go to the doctor while you still have the symptoms so that you can get a correct diagnosis.

I went in for the sore testes and they said I have epidydimis (often caused by gonorrhea). They gave my doxycyclin. It didnt work.

A week later I go back and get a different kind of meds (Ciprofloaxcin...another gonorrhea med), and a antibacterial shot.
At that time the burning had kind of began.

Im 5 days into the new meds and I havent had any improvemnet and the burning seems like its worse now.

What do I do?

Honestly, the only way you can get a diagnosis is with a test.

If your doc has ran std tests, you can only wait for the results.

Good luck.

ok so I got the results. They said negative for any STD's.

Not sure if that covers herpes or not.

The pains are going away though, but still there.

What next? get a blood test for herpes?

Did they test for herpes with the other std tests?

Herpes can involve discharge from the penis, and always involves sores. You may also have pain in your genital area and possibly burning when you pee.

You doc should be helping you out with this!! If you don't feel like you're getting what you need from your doc, you need to be direct and say "I'd really like to know what I have so I can prevent spreading it" and see what she says. If the doc says that you have something else, trust her and try the treatment. If it doesn't get better, go back and ask again!

Epididymis is a part of your anatomy, not a disease. (Or however you spell that)

As much as you hate it, you need to see a doc (a gp not an er doc)

I meant like a general practitioner or a urologist, just not someone in an emergency room. They are usually just trying to get rid of you because they have critical cases to deal with.

Syphilis also is indicated by lesions or sores.

Make an appointment with a real doctor who figure it out and walk you through treatment.

Wouldn't they have tested for that when you got tested for stds?

I think you need to make an appointment with your doctor. No one on this board can diagnose you.
