Hello ladies.....does anyone on here take melatonin for sleep?

I wanted to know if anyone as heard that melatonin can lower the effectiveness of my birth control. I know St Johns Wart does but what about melatonin?

I don't think it does.

That being said, I would always call and check if you plan on taking something new.
