Someone called lynsey wargle who I never
dated hates me without a cause and telling
these voices that they want to take out my
eyes and hang me on a hook and she means
it too!!!, some type of revenge service
that is illegal for me to be on.

It's funny how you can hear familiar
voices when you are having a psychosis.
The mind is a very strange thing. I
remember it happened to me too.
Always remember that it's not actually
real. Your mind is playing tricks on you.
I used to meditate a lot and it really
helped me. Also having people close to you
that know what you are going through
really helps too I feel.
