It's funny how you can hear familiar voices when you are having a psychosis. The mind is a very strange thing. I remember it happened to me too.
Always remember that it's not actually real. Your mind is playing tricks on you. I used to meditate a lot and it really helped me. Also having people close to you that know what you are going through really helps too I feel.
