Hi All.

Today i wasn't feeling well, i had a bad hangover from a party i went to. I was feeding my baby lizard when my heartrate started to flutter, and rise, i tryed to fight it off but it carried on.

I had a pain in my chest where my heart is that was by my shoulder and down my back, i was so scared.

I ran downstairs and ordered my girlfriend to call an ambulance, she thought it was another panic attack and told me to calm down. I felt my pulse and my heartrate was slow, i could feel it, i was now convinced this was the end of the line.

My little brother burst into tears, my girlfriend phoned 999 after i ordered her to, i even burst in on a house mate an asked him to call 999.

The pain was getting worse. The ambulance came 5 mins later, i sat in the back and the first question he asked was: "James, do you suffer with Anxiety", and the answer was "Yes, for 6 years".

I asked them to check me because the pain was terrible, its unexplainable, but he took his time as if it wasn't serious. They put patches on me in the Ambulance, checked me over, and said my oxygen levels were 98% and there was no problems with my BP or HR.

They told me the pain was tension caused to fear. I couldn't understand how, i had anxiety for 6 years and never anything like this.

6 Hours later, im in bed with my laptop and i cant even rest for bed. The pain is not as bad but its still there, everytime i move it hurts, if i walk, it hurts.

Im 22, and it came on all sudden, but the paramedics assured me they seen this loads of times and the checks they did on me were 100% normal. They sent me out of the ambulance and back into the house.

It actually feels like a big ball of air trapped, ive had similar pain but never as bad. I can feel something move in that location aswell.

I have to say its been the worst experience of my whole life, i 100% thought i was going to die. My girl was so upset afterwards and my brother was in tears. I was praying to god to forgive me becuase i thought i was going to die any time soon,

Its not cardiac related but i feel there is a problem, it hurts still whatever im doing, and even worse when i breath deep. I also have lots of gas.

Anyone had anything similar?
