I am 20 years old and having trouble coming to orgasm. My fiance is my first and after a year of being together he has pleasured me extremely well but as soon as I feel like I'm going to climax I start to feel uncomfortable. I don't know. I just wonder if there is something physiologically wrong with me that I can't do it.

Yes, I believe at this point it seems to be a mental block preventing you from orgasming. Do you masturbate? If not, I suggest trying it out. If you can orgasm in the safety of being by yourself, then you can learn to orgasm around your bf.
