Hello, 2 months ago i got urticaria rash. I went to the doctor and he gave me some anti hystamine and some cream which helped. After 2 months i still get urticaria. I try to keep my apartment as clean as posible to discard dust alergens.
I read that chronic urticaria (after 6 week period) is not from alergens. Although because of my work this past year i have been under alot of stress. I suspect the rash is from that i am extreamly nervous.

My worry that it could be hiv related is that i had unprotected sex 10 years ago. I have no symptoms other than the urticaria i got 2 months ago.

I do notice that i have a bit of "black eye" that wont go away. Over the past years its gotten darker. Could be too much computer but it the thing is it wont go away.
Could it be that urticaria is my first sign of hiv??
Thanks.

I remember I had hives all over my body before I was told I had AIDS. The hives are commonly caused by an allergic reaction.

The condition affects about 20 per cent of the population at some time.

People without HIV/AIDS get this condition as well.

It could be anything.

All the best
