Hi there,

I don't know if anybody has the same problems, but when I'm sitting long
enough in a chair, I get back pain, especially if it's a chair of hard material.
I don't get real back pain of lifting something heavy, that a much smaller problem.

Absolutely.

When we sit for long periods of time, the pelvic floor naturally tips up, especially if the chair is not ergonomic. It's best to find a chair that elevates the sitting bones slightly, so that the knees are below the hips. This is the first part to good posture. Are you interested in learning more? There are a few simple adjustments I can recommend that can make sitting in a chair much, much more pleasant.

Best,
YHB
