Six years ago I moved and I developed seasonal allergies. I have heard quite a lot from people the same kind of sentiment..."I never had allergies 'til I moved here!" It's a club, apparently.

Anyways, I also hate taking meds of any kind for various reasons.

Does anyone know of any herbal/'natural' remedies for seasonal allergies? Sneezing, face itching, nose running, want to kill someone kind of feelings? I can sneeze ten times in a row and get hot flashes from it.

I've gone through several boxes of Kleenex the past two weeks. I want to rip the flesh off my face and pull my eyes out of my sockets.
