You guys I went swimming with my friend today and walking home, I started getting a really sharp pain in my right side. I mean, I had to quit walking.....And then I had to start again and just bear it until I got home....I don't even wanna get up now it hurts so bad. And my back aches dully but only when im standing....And this pain gets down into the back of my thigh while i'm sitting....Its not a contraction because it doesnt go away......Do you think maybe I pulled a muscle or sumthin? Anyone got any idea what it might be?

Ok I havent got a clue about things like that but it sounds like a pulled muscle from swimming which can be quite painful or it could be cramp.A nice hot (not too hot 4 josh) bath could help ease it.
