Q: Foreskin Can't Be Fully Retracted

The foreskin of my penis cannot be fully retracted while erected. It's very unconfortable while i am having sex then it hurts later.

You have phimosis, and I bet sex hurts, not just for you but also your partner.

As Girlfriend said, you need to stretch the ring of the foreskin at the tip that is tight. You may also want to go to a doctor and talk to him. He may suggest circumcision but that's not necessary at this point.
