I would really like some help on identifing a bite on the bottom of my daughter's foot. It looks like one main bite and then a raised line that may be more little bites. She seems to be fine but then there is also a rash around her neck.....at first this rash I thought might be heat rash (we were on vacation in Canada and then came home to texas when this rash showed up)

I have a picture but it may not show real well. At first (a day ago) it seemed almost like a burn. But she hasn't burned herself.

Any info would be great
