You don't give a lot of information so it almost looks like you're spamming. What I have heard from psychiatrists is that people who think they are crazy are usually perfectly normal - it's normal to have 'crazy' thoughts and feelings from time to time. But if you're thinking about harming yourself or another then you need to talk to a professional because you don't want to do something that makes the world a worse place. On the other hand, if your problem is just that you're sad, confused, angry, hopeless, etc., that's normal, but you should talk it out with friends or other depressed people (like on this forum) or with a professional therapist or join a therapy group. Maybe you could use a medicine, or maybe a change of pace, or maybe a few good friends or maybe a new wardrobe. Are you hanging out with people who enhance your life or people who bring you down? You'd be surprised at all the craziness out there. There is plenty of time to make things better. - Peter
