Q: Inflammation Up My Nose

I woke up in the morning with a cyst or ingrown nose hair up my nose and it is swollen up my nostril, it feels swollen and tender. What kind of compress should i use? hot or cold?

use hot. if it is a cyst or an ingrown hair it will help open the pore and releive it.
