Here I am again... Back writing a message about no period. My last period was december 10th and I have had no period since. I am on round two of provera which we are using to try to make my period come on.

We have been ttc since late july 2003...

Have you taken a pregnancy test yet? When did you last have sex? You should do that first because that could be a really good reason for not having your period.

You know there are several medical/chemical causes for missing periods, including if you have lost alot of weight fast (or your weight ratio is too low) also if hormones aren't producing as they should, so have you had these checked & consider the weight issue ooops also if you are overweight it can stop periods??

Just some "food" for thought!!

Stress can also cause lack of a period and certain types of birth control. Are you on the pill or shot? If you have not had a test I would definately suggest getting one, otherwise, if you are on the pill or shot, I would ask to switch(the pill, or stop the shot and start taking a pill).

I have taken many hpt and have had several blood test all with a negative result. We have gone to the doctor and had all my hormone levels checked and everything appears to be fine. So we are just not sure what is going on:(

i am not under any extra stress and have not had any weight gain/loss. So I am on the second round of provera to hopefully get a period.
