I put this here because/ I really do not know where else to put it. Its a bit awkward too...
So for almost 2 months now I have had extreme pain (to the point I almost cry) while going to the bathroom (not urinating). I think it was caused by maybe a tear or something caused by unexpected anal sex (think what you want). I almost ignored it thinking it would eventually go away, much to my dismay. Some how it has also gotten to the point that I really do not go to the the bathroom for 3 maybe 4 days at a time, just because I can't.
Then recently I have had this problem with a thick white vaginal discharge, that I assumed to be a yeast infection. After reading up on it, I found out that it really did not fit any of the symtoms (no itching or inflammation).
No here comes the bigger problem. I was put on the nuva ring a bit over a month ago, and a little bit ago I realized it was slipping out, so I pushed it back in. Upon doing this I felt the rather large bump pressing on the walls of my vagina. Its not on the wall but pressing on it from the back region and I do not know what to think of it.
I have huge anxiety problems and to be honest I am sort of freaking out. I plan to call a doctor but it is about midnight at the moment so I can't. I am just wondering if any one might have an idea what is going on. Has anyone had this happen? I really don't know I just need some sort of help please. Thanks

Are you saying you feel a bump through your vaginal wall that is actually in your rectum? If that is what you're saying it almost sounds like you could have hemmrhoids. If it's an internal one I would say it's time to take a trip to the doc.

Polyps. And I don't know what that could mean, either.

I have a shelf in my vagina on the front wall, and it feels like it has cartilage in it, almost sharp like, covered in soft tissue. No ob-gyn has ever talked about it so I don't worry about it often.
