I heard about some new vitamins that are
supposed to be good for your heart, called
Heart Smart. I am getting about that age
when I need to start paying a bit more
attentions to things like that but I
don’t like putting anything in my body
unless I am sure it will be ok. Does
anyone know anything about Heart Smart?
What would you suggest for something along
these lines? Thanks.

I didn't receive any answers on this so I
just did a little research myself. I
know, I know, this is what I should have
done in the first place but I got a bit
lazy about it. Anyways I looked at their
site a bit then asked my doctor when I saw
him the other day. Of course he never
heard of it (I guess they don't know
everything), but I told him what I could
remember about it, and he said it sounded
pretty good.
It's called the Heart Smart System. I
would post a link, but what little
experience I do have with forums has told
me that is not a good idea until you have
a higher post count.
Anyways, just letting people know what I
found out. Have a good one.
