I am going to join cross country at my hs
and I am going to be running a lot. Is
there a certain diet I should follow? Or
like foods to aviod or foods to eat? Any
tips or anything would be great, thanks.

I am not an extraordinary runner, but I do
compete in races from time to time. One
thing I can recommend is to take dairy out
of your diet. Get your calcium from leafy
greens, orange juice, and tofu. Whenever
I would eat dairy, it would cause me to
produce alot more mucus than normal when I
ran. It also caused me to have shortness
of breath and congestion. Just what works
