Q: Bump between anus and penis

On the area between my anus and penis, there is the single large reddish bump, I have no idea what it is. It is very sensitive but only when touched. Does anyone know what it might be?

It sounds like a pimple or another cyst of some kind. Leave it alone and it should go away.
