I am 27 yrs old. About 2 months ago I started having some mild pain in my lower back near my fifth lumbar. Now the pain is so bad, I can not sit, lay, move without the pain being horrible. I continue to try to deal with it, and have no idea what could have caused it. I have not lifted anything heavy, or moved funny. It doesn't feel like my muscle, it is a horrible pressure with sharp constant pain. The pain runs into my butt, but the pressure stays right at the bottom of my back. Does anyone know or have any possible ideas of what this could be? Or is anyone else experiencing anything like this? Thank you....

Sorry to hear that you're experiencing pain.

So, barring the possibility of an event that could have tweaked your back, did you ever feel pain in this region before now. If so, what were you doing? Sleeping? Sitting? Maybe this is a manifestation of a chronic condition that has presented itself for your attention.
