Thank you, I think I did try being a supporter but I don't think I got a reply back, I'll have to try it again. To the other poster who wants to quit smoking, it is very hard to quit and you can do it but you have to really want to, when you quit and haven't had one in a few days and like you said you get angry, I believe it's your mind just thinking up an excuse so you'll smoke again, like I said you have to REALLY WANT to quit and when you want to have one, go out and take a walk or do deep breathing exercises, anything but have a cigarette.
