I was almost a 3 pack a day smoker and quit 8 years ago. I used the patch for the first month and haven't smoked since, anything you want to talk about, symptoms you're having, I can help, I've had a wide range of symtoms and problems but I've worked thru them, I also am married to a smoker. I tell people if I can stop YOU sure can too, I have had alot of stress in my life and still didn't start back up. I CAN HELP!!

Hello
Thank you, I think I did try being a supporter but I don't think I got a reply back, I'll have to try it again. To the other poster who wants to quit smoking, it is very hard to quit and you can do it but you have to really want to, when you quit and haven't had one in a few days and like you said you get angry, I believe it's your mind just thinking up an excuse so you'll smoke again, like I said you have to REALLY WANT to quit and when you want to have one, go out and take a walk or do deep breathing exercises, anything but have a cigarette. Confused
