My husband has been very sick for about 8 months. He experiences very strong abdominal pain, and at its worst we go to the ER. He will go into vomitting fits that last sometimes up to 5 hrs. He always has diaahrea, at least 3-4 times daily. He has undergone every test possible, upper GI, lower GI, CT Scan, ultrasounds, blood tests, colonoscopy, urine tests, a small intestine test where they check for blockages, and this week is going to an allergist. It seems as though everything always comes back normal. The doctors have ruled out chrone's, cancer, all inflammatory diseases, gallbladder, pancreas, and appendix. He has been out of work for weeks, and the condition seems to be getting worse and worse. When it began it only happened (vomitting and pain) every few weeks or so, now its daily. He has been hospitalized 3 times, and still no answers. Last night he started running a fever of about 102 and has an achey body. It seems like his immune system cannot handle anymore. There has been talk of the Cleveland Clinic. We are beginning to lose hope.
