Hi

just recently I got severe pain in my lower back which slowly spread over 3 weeks to my buttocks, and the front of my legs. Sometimes it goes all the way to my calf muscles and upper back. It comes on late at night and wakes me up in awful pain.

I feel it was due to a 3 week period of poor posture at a computer and new computer chair. I do know that my back gets tired just from sitting especially if the chair is soft.

I think I just have a weak or tight back. Any ideas?

By the way, im 43, a runner and in good shape.

Dwayne :d

Extremely eHealthy
Suggest you try taking these natural pain relief & healing meds: sam-e 200 or 400mg once pd, also one tablet twice a day with a combination of glucosamine & chondroitin 650-1000mg of each per tablet.

Natural meds take longer to kick in but have fewer side effects & actually work long term.
