hey recently its been hard to keep a strong erection like i can get it hard but not completely or like i used to be able to. It's also kinda numb towards the tip. I recently had dry sex a few times and gettin hit there a lot so i thought that might have caused it and just wondering what i should do? When it came to the real thing i couldnt ejaculate.. only if i masterbait myself... help?
