i'm 22 years old I'm on the pill. I went to the docs today and told her my breasts are so sore she told me its part of being on the pill. They hurt all the time do you have any advice about what I can do to stop them hurting or to lessen the pain?

Especially eHealthy
General pain relievers like asprin or tylenol is about all you can do.

Do you drink a lot of caffeine? I do. I started having sore breasts and went to my doctor about it. I was not on any form of birth control pills at the time. My doctor said it is the caffeine. If I cut back on caffeine, I cut back on boob ache.

I take ibuprofen for pain. I still drink a lot of coffee. Smile
