yesterday i got a very sore throat which has just been getting worse as time progresses. i woke up very hot and itchy and I attempted to but am unable to return to sleep and my throat feels like it is onfire. I also get a pain in the back of my throat that feels like heartburn but is located higher. this occurs about every 10 minutes and is very unpleasant. what am i sufferi
