I am a 24-year-old female. Here lately, my symptoms are a little weird and they've been really gradual.

I highly suspect I have kidney stones. Mainly because I have flank pain; on both sides really, but mostly on my left side. I also had slight symptoms of a UTI.

But I have another symptom that I can't seem to figure out. In my lower back, very very lower back, like right above my butt, there's a tender spot. I usually feel it when I've been sitting for a long time or I've been in the fetal position for a long time. There's really no rhyme or reason to when I feel it. It's almost like a tightening or pulling. Like a muscle is knotted up. I have felt the area and of course, I have lumps and bulges, but I'm pretty sure they are ones I have always had.

Could this be related to my kidney suspicion?
