i'm back and everything is fine! they ended up squeezing me in for an ultrasound and the baby is measuring perfectly with a heartrate of 171. i got some pictures but our scanner isn't hooked up and there's not much to see anyway, just a blobby baby.

thanks everyone! i'm going to try to relax from here on out... we'll see if i can handle that!

Awh Bridget! Yay! I'm so glad everything is okay. I knew it would be. That's awesome you got to have an ultrasound. Still too early to tell what it is, eh? I forget how far along you are, now. Do forgive me!

Going from the heart rate I'm going to say it's a GIRL!!!
(let's remember, I KNOW it's just a wives tale...)

Oni's heart rate at 9 weeks was in the 170's!!!!! But this Dr hasn't given me a "rate".

I'm soooo glad all is ok!!! I was worried for you!

i don't know... i don't really care but i think a boy would be more convenient right now. lol! i'll be thrilled either way though!

i can't believe you're 19 weeks either! you don't have your u/s scheduled yet? do you feel like it's going by fast? with taking care of finn and counting down to the wedding, it seems to be passing quickly for me. i almost can't believe i'll be 10 weeks on sunday!

finn, crabby? he doesn't know the meaning of the word!

now i feel like i can be a little more relaxed and calm this time around. with finn i didn't get an u/s until 18 weeks and i didn't feel him moving until 21. i had my u/s today, i'll have another in 2 weeks, then a few weeks later i'll have the big one, so i feel like i'll be able to keep an eye on things more and make sure everything is going ok.

Aww Bridgett, I am soo glad that everything is going okay with your pregnancy! I was worried about you also and then I remembered that I bled quite a bit with my Daughter and Son and they turned out great! I sure hope that Finn lets you get some rest! Thanks for the info!
