Q: Ear Problem

I have been having problems with my right ear for a while now, I was sick back in march and ever since my ear feels as if there is a pressure in there, almost like a numbing sensation, sometimes I am dizzy, and somtimes there is a piercing sharp pain that lasts a few seconds, but mostly it's this pressure. right now I am waiting my insurance cards to come in for my new job so I do plan to see a doctor, but I'm wondering if anyone knows what it could be? my friend thought it was infection, and I tried cleaning it out with peroxide and that didnt' do anything, this has been for a few months now, constant pressure. Thank you for your advice and help!

Release the Presure In the Ear
Tip to prevent ear infection with adult:
Preventative methods typically range from flushing the ear to chewing gum. Yes, chewing gum is recommended as it is known to help relieve pressure in the ear as well as creating good saliva flow. Chewing gum usually works a treat during plane flights when ears are affected during the landing procedure in particular.

Pressure In Ear
These are the same symptoms I've had and it was fibrous dysplasia of the temporal bone. Stenosis of the ear canal which caused total hearing lose. As time went on thepressure got worse. It's probably not F.D because it's so rare. but mention it to your doc when you see one. Good luck
