Proud of Myself--wore a Bikini In Public At 25 Wks Pregnant! Posted: 09-03-07 17:52pm
I just want to give myself a pat on the
back!
I'm pregnant with my first, and I'm pretty
slow to show with this pregnancy and
compounded with having an ED in the past,
it makes me quite insecure about my body.
Wearing clothes, I look like I've just put
on a bit of weight and am looking chunky.
It's more obvious the reason I look like
I'm gaining weight is a baby wearing a
bathing suit. I got the perfect
opportunity to wear a swimsuit yesterday
to a Labor Day party to go swimming, and I
did it!
I'm so proud of myself for having the guts
to wear a swimsuit in public (haven't in
years and years) and pregnant no less! I
got a lot of positive comments from the
people at the party, which made me feel
great!
